3.1 DrHair operates as a healthcare platform connecting patients with regulated healthcare providers.
3.2 Clinical consultations and prescribing services are provided by:
Infinity Medical Clinics Ltd,
a healthcare provider registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
3.3 Medicines prescribed following consultation are dispensed and supplied by:
Infinity Group Estates Ltd & Medspot Ltd
General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered pharmacies.
3.4 Healthcare professionals providing services through Infinity Medical Clinics Ltd are registered with the relevant UK regulatory body and act independently when making prescribing decisions.
3.5 Prescribers are personally responsible for the prescriptions they issue.
3.6 Infinity Group Estates Ltd operates a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and complies with the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council for registered pharmacies providing services at a distance, including via the internet.
3.7 All prescriptions received by the pharmacy are subject to a clinical and legal check by a registered pharmacist before dispensing. The pharmacy may contact the prescribing clinician or the patient for further information where necessary to ensure the safe supply of medicines.
3.8 The pharmacy reserves the right to refuse to dispense medication where the responsible pharmacist believes that supplying the medicine would not be appropriate, safe, or lawful.

10.8 Online consultations may not be suitable for all medical conditions. Clinicians may decline to prescribe treatment if they believe further medical investigation is required.
10.9 Repeat prescriptions or ongoing treatment may require additional clinical review and are not guaranteed.
11. Patient Responsibilities

17.2 Patients are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and that medicines can be received safely at the specified address.
17.3 Certain medicines may require a signature on delivery.
17.4 Once medicines have been delivered, responsibility for the safe storage and use of the medication passes to the patient. Patients must follow the storage instructions provided with the medication.
17.5 Medicines cannot normally be returned once dispensed unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
17.6 Unwanted medicines should be disposed of safely at a local pharmacy.
