Shipping & Returns

We ship using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24, which aims for next working day delivery service. Delivery is free on orders over £50, with a fee on orders below this.

Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday.

Please note: Your order will be shipped and delivered within the specified timeframe unless further action is required such as a follow up from the Customer service team. Before this point, the order will still be classed as ‘pending’.

The Pharmacy aims to dispatch items within 24h from when order is placed, Monday-Friday before 4:30pm for same day dispatch.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Returns

We understand that there may, on occasion, be times where you wish to return an order that you have received from us. We aim to make the returns process as easy as possible for our customers.

For Non-Medicinal Products, like shampoo or hair combs for example, these must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale.  If the product being returned does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.

For Medicines/Prescription products, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund as these are pharmaceutical products and by law, they must be used or destroyed once dispatched from the pharmacy.
