Infinity Group Estates Ltd & Medspot Ltd

a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered pharmacy.

3.3 Healthcare professionals working with Infinity Medical Clinics Ltd are independent prescribers registered with the relevant UK regulatory body, including the GMC, GPhC, or NMC where applicable.

4. Prescription Only Medicines

4.1 Certain medicines available through the Site are Prescription Only Medicines (POM).

4.2 Prescription medicines can only be supplied following a clinical assessment conducted by a registered UK prescriber.

4.3 The presence of a medicine on the Site does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

4.4 Prescriptions will only be issued where a prescriber determines that the treatment is clinically appropriate.

4.5 If a prescription is issued, it will be transmitted securely to Infinity Group Estates Ltd or Medspot Ltd for dispensing and delivery.

4.6 The pharmacy may contact the prescribing clinician or the patient to clarify prescription details or obtain additional information before dispensing medication.

4.7 The pharmacy may limit the quantity of medicines supplied where required for clinical, regulatory, or safety reasons.

5. Online Consultation Process

5.1 To request prescription medicines, you will be required to complete an online medical questionnaire.

5.2 You may also be asked to provide additional information where necessary.

5.3 Your information will be reviewed by a registered clinician working with Infinity Medical Clinics Ltd.

5.4 The prescriber will determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate based on:

  • medical history
  • symptoms
  • medication history
  • other relevant factors

5.5 If treatment is not clinically appropriate, the order will not proceed.

5.6 Where appropriate, the clinician may recommend alternative treatment or no treatment.

5.7 We may request additional information, identification, or medical evidence to verify your identity, medical history, or eligibility for treatment before an order can proceed.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Some treatments may be provided on a subscription basis.

6.2 By ordering subscription treatment you authorise us to charge your payment method at recurring intervals.

6.5 We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions where clinically necessary or operationally required.

6.6 Repeat supplies of prescription medicines may require periodic clinical review and pharmacist oversight before further medication is dispensed.
